Molten metal casting filter is used in filtering molten metal, the working temperature will up to 1450 c. Ceramic cast iron filter specifically for filtering molten metal, such as Gray iron , Cast iron , copper, aluminum, alloys, etc. It ensures the metal liquid flowing at stable speed and reduces the vortex, and removes the metal impurity, refractory scrap, solid refractory alloy and sinter in the molten metal liquid. It obviously improves metal structure and appearance quality, reduce the defective index of the casting, prolong the casting working life and reduce the casting cost.
