Molten iron filter is made by material of mullite (cordierite); it has merits of high-density mesh straight holes, which make the product with characteristics of high thermal shock resistance and high fever casting temperature. the straight-hole design ensures balance between flow rate and intensity, it remove impurities and residue particles, and improve surface quality and mechanical performance of casting, also reduce the rejection rate of casting, raise the life span of the casting and reduce casting cost.
Available range of size: 25 mm ~100 mm.
Shape: Square and round.
The Range of Thickness is from 12 mm to 22mm or as per client’s requirements.
Mesh sizes: 100 hole/in2, 200 hole/in2 and 300 hole/in2.
Applications: cast iron Castings, SG Castings, Automotive castings, Non-ferrous castings.
