Plastic pall ring:
PE pall ring, PP pall ring, RPP pall ring, PVC pall ring, CPVC pall ring, PVDF pall ring, PTFE pall ring, HDPE pall ring.
Plastic pall ring's structure improves distribution of gas-liquid and its efficiency can be improved above 50%and only has half of pressure drop compared with Rasching Ring. Plastic pall ring has some advantages such as lower pressure drop, big flux, high effeciency and good distribution of liquid.
Performance of Plastic pall ring:

6. Application in Absorption, Scrubbing, and stripping service. Alternative to metal Pall ring.
Application of Plastic Pall Ring:
Plastic Pall rings can be applied to various of device of isolation, absorption, deadsorption, constant decompress tower such as toluene separation, ethylbenzene separation, isooctane separation and desulfurization system etc.
